Overall, we had a nice and relaxing stay at Naples Bay Resort. The property is well taken care of, the views are nice, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We stayed in August, and the resort was very quiet, which made for a relaxing weekend. The location is also great close to everything in Naples. A few things could definitely be improved. I tried calling customer service from the room phone several different times and no one answered. There also isn’t an accessible ice machine for guests, you have to call and request ice to be brought to your room. The lazy river is a great but it definitely needs better cleaning. Also, be prepared for the additional fees. There is a $50 daily resort fee plus $20 per day for parking, plus taxes and other fees. Even though our reservation was prepaid, fees came out to $76.70 per night. Valet and self parking were the same price. One other thing to know, the clubhouse facilities are not exclusively for hotel guests. Local residents can also use them through a membership, so the amenities can be shared with non hotel guests.

One of the best experiences we've had. Even though it was a short stay over the long weekend, we've never had better stays in a long time like we've had in this resort. The cottages are awesome, like those high end condos and we were pleasantly surprised. We had the 2 bedroom cottage unit a minute of walk to the pools. Saturday they have a live music and the entertainer was absolutely amazing! Again great stay overall and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay near old downtown Naples and the beach.
